Sonoran Spa
The first venture, the Sonoran Spa, completed in 2001, proved successful. The construction of oceanfront condos created unobstructed, breathtaking views on Sandy Beach. Sonoran Sun Resort, the third in the Sonoran Resorts lineup, is an icon in luxury beachfront and ocean view Rocky Point condos. The resort was completed in 2005 and sold out in record time. You will enjoy the beach front swimming pools, Jacuzzis and restaurant on site. Exercise in the state-of-the-art fitness center or play a game on the private tennis court. Resort guests can also schedule fishing trips or a sunset dinner cruise, rent kayaks and boogie boards, and so much more. Every condo has an ocean view and luxury finishes. The resort has over 200m of beach front and great swimming pools.
Sonoran Sky
Sonoran Sky Resort incorporated the experience of 10 years in the business and the construction of 3 previous beachfront developments and was designed in response to the increasingly demanding U.S. market. Construction was completed in 2007. Sonoran Sky Resort offers their owners a luxury concept in the style of an old hacienda in the center and south of Mexico, as well as four beautiful pools, one with waterfall and infinite edge, the other with a slide, one with aqua bar and pool chairs and a pool for kids to enjoy.

Mark and I love our 4-bedroom 4 bath condo at the Sonoran Sky on Sandy Beach, where we will be retiring after having owned over the last 30 years in every Sonoran Resorts project built on Sandy beach. We are from Colorado. We were introduced to the Sonoran Resorts and the Sonoran sales team in early 2015 while visiting on vacation. We were immediately interested in buying property in Rocky Point and began our due diligence.
