The first venture, the Sonoran Spa, completed in 2001, proved successful. The construction of oceanfront condos created unobstructed, breathtaking views on Sandy Beach. Sonoran Sun Resort, the third in the Sonoran Resorts lineup, is an icon in luxury beachfront and ocean view Rocky Point condos. The resort was completed in 2005 and sold out in record time. Sonoran Sky Resort incorporated the experience of 10 years in the business and the construction of 3 previous beachfront developments and was designed in response to the increasingly demanding U.S. market. Construction was completed in 2007.
