2001
Sonoran Spa
The first venture, completed in 2001, proved successful. The construction of oceanfront condos created unobstructed, breathtaking views on Sandy Beach. The Sonoran Spa consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos with front sea balcony, garage/storage units, La Spa, a full-service world-class spa, convenience store, the Sonoran Grill Restaurant, on-site management company, 24-hour security, tennis courts, complete fitness center, three swimming pools, children playground, water slide for kids, public BBQ grills, family and adult Jacuzzis.
2004
Sonoran Sea
The second development of the Sonoran Resorts, completed in 2004 with two towers of 208 condominiums. Located in the exclusive area of Sandy Beach on the beautiful Sea of Cortez, the Sonoran Sea Resort offers true unobstructed oceanfront views of the Sea from every condo. 2005
Sonoran Sun
An icon in luxury beachfront and ocean view Rocky Point condos, completed in 2005 and sold out in record time. Enjoy beach front swimming pools, Jacuzzis and restaurant on site, a state-of-the-art fitness center, private tennis court, fishing trips, sunset dinner cruises, kayaks and boogie boards. 2007
Sonoran Sky
Incorporating 10 years of experience and designed in response to the increasingly demanding market, completed in 2007. Sonoran Sky Resort offers a luxury concept in the style of an old hacienda with four beautiful pools — one with waterfall and infinite edge, one with a slide, one with aqua bar and pool chairs, and a pool for kids.
