("Tremelasa"), with address at Camino a la Choya Km. 3.5 Colonia Costa Diamante, C.P. 83550, Puerto Peñasco, Sonora and telephone number +52 (638) 383 0900 is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use that is given to it and its protection in terms of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Entities and its regulations — Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares y su reglamento — (the "Law"). Tremelasa will collect and process your personal data under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

Your personal information will be used to provide you with the services and information that you request, including everything related to the real estate developments and products that Tremelasa builds and operates on an ordinary basis and in particular in connection with the tourist housing development known as Sonora Star Resort, and if necessary to collect any amount that must be paid to Tremelasa in relation to the foregoing, to notify you of changes or adjustments that occur in the real estate products and/or services acquired, to evaluate the quality of the service provided to you, as well as to send you physical or electronic newsletters and/or informative publications, and to inform you about new products and services. Except for the last two, the aforementioned purposes are necessary for the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the relationship that you will maintain with Tremelasa.
In connection with the purposes referred above, we need to obtain the following information: personal and identification data, such as name, marital status, place and date of birth, address, cell phone and/or home phone, email, credit history, bank account details and/or credit card.
In order for Tremelasa to be able to provide its services or to complete the transfer in your favor of any real estate product, Clients must grant their consent specifically for the processing of their data in accordance with this Privacy Notice and for the compliance with the contracts, agreements and other documents that the Client has entered into with Tremelasa for the acquisition of any real estate product or any other service provided by Tremelasa.

Your personal information will be used to decide on the suitability to be our employee, the position that you may occupy and the assignments or promotions that you may have within Tremelasa's organization, to have the elements to be able to provide or refer you to the health services you may require in the event of an accident or illness at work or within Tremelasa's facilities, to be able to comply with employer obligations and, where appropriate, to give references to future employers. The aforementioned purposes are necessary for the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the employment relationship that you could maintain with Tremelasa.
For the above purposes, we need to obtain the following personal data: identification data, work data, bank accounts, academic data, family data, and health data. Regarding the latter, only those necessary to perform the functions inherent to the position for which you are applying or for which you are being hired, as the case may be.
Security of Personal Data
Tremelasa maintains the necessary administrative, physical and technical security measures to protect your personal data and prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment. Only authorized personnel, who have complied with and observed the corresponding confidentiality requirements, may participate in the processing of your personal data. Authorized personnel are prohibited from allowing access by unauthorized persons and from using your personal data for purposes other than those established in this Privacy Notice. The obligation of confidentiality of the people who participate in the processing of your personal data subsists even after the relationship with Tremelasa has ended.
Communications & Transfers of Personal Data
Tremelasa will only transfer the personal data of its Clients, with the exclusive purpose of providing them with the services required. Tremelasa, in those cases that are applicable in accordance with the Law, will enter into agreements and/or other binding documents so that said third parties maintain adequate security measures to protect your personal data, as well as so that said third parties only use your personal data for the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. If you do not express your opposition for your personal data to be transferred, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.
ARCO Rights
It is important to inform you that you have the right to Access, Rectify and Cancel your personal data, and to Oppose to its treatment or to revoke the consent that you have given us for said purpose. To exercise the aforementioned rights, please direct a request to Tremelasa's Personal Data Protection Department at the address or telephone number indicated here or via email to the account sonoransales@gmail.com. Said request must contain: (i) name and address or some other means to communicate with you; (ii) documents proving your identity; and (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you wish to exercise your rights. Once the request is received within a period of no more than 10 business days, Tremelasa's Personal Data Protection Department will take the corresponding measures.
